The Blue Residence is located in fron of the beautyfull beach with all amenities you need for perfect holiday. The area around the residence and whole Lignano city is very nice. You can find good quality restaurants and bars in walkcing distance.
The appartment is well equipped and you can park your car on the private parking located behaind the bulding.
Our apartment no 8 was without the balcony but we can't complain because the price was really low and we've had the sea view.
The floor was dirty but fortunately apartment was equipped with cleaning tools :-)
The mattress on the bed was not comfortable.
