Highly upgraded home with a gorgeous backyard! Fully furnished and stocked, open layout with gorgeous kitchen, gas cooktop, granite counter tops, stainless-steel appliances, breakfast bar and a formal dining room. The home is well equipped for relaxing or having a little fun – ping pong table, shuffle board and board games. The master suite has a large king sized bed, flat screen TV, double sinks, upgraded walk-in shower, separate soaking tub & large walk-in closet. The backyard features a heated pebble tec pool, travertine decking, large covered patio, grassy play area & a BBQ.
This home in the Ocotillo Lakes neighborhood is close to nine different courses – including 27 holes at the Ocotillo Golf Club which is less than a mile away from the home. Spend your evenings at the Lone Butte Casino or the Wild Horse Pass Casino, both of which are nine miles northwest. For the kids, the Snedigar Recreation Center is 1/2 mile east, offering facilities for baseball, basketball, cricket, skating, and much more. There is shopping, restaurants, movie theatres and grocery stores all less than a mile away!

Overall our stay was very enjoyable. We unfortunately lost our previous reservation just 2 days before our stay and the owner on this property was able to accommodate us at the last minute.
The house was clean and was stocked well with dishes and basic necessities. One comment would be to have everything you would expect at a hotel stay at the property. There was shampoo and conditioner but no body wash or soap. Also, no hair dryer. It comes with a Keurig but maybe just adding a cup or two on arrival would be nice. Not necessary but nice and convenient.
The rooms were a good size. The beds were "ok." The bed in the master was so hard. It was difficult to sleep on. The other beds were slightly better but my teenage children preferred to sleep on the couch over the beds as that was more comfortable.
Just some small things that need fixing, such as the fan in the family room bathroom made a very strange noise and seemed broken. The hall bathroom had patches that were not painted over. I'm assuming this was to move the towel rack.
Overall we really had a great time. The ping pong table and shuffleboard table were big hits. My son did get into the pool and it was clean. It did seem to be heated. The neighborhood is quiet and conveniently located close to grocery stores and restaurants. It is not far from the freeway so getting around Phoenix is easy.
The owner communicated well and responded quickly to any questions. I highly recommend this property and would stay there again

Property manager was very cordial and helpful with our many questions. Home was lovely but in need of maintenance ( replace burned out lightbulbs inside and out, bathroom vanity door, pool cover, and very squeaky garage door. This home was very close to grocery stores and yummy restaurants. It could use some table lamps in the living and quest bedrooms .

We enjoyed the property, but they needed to set up(connect) TV in one of the guest's bedrooms, the toaster needs to be replaced, the dishwasher needs to be cleaned, and they need to mark off the room with the ping-pong table. That room can be dangerous since it is below the main floor. Being of the same wood and color, one could easily trip and fall going from the kitchen, hallway into that room. They need to mark it. Also, it would help if they had instructions on how to run the TVs. It was a hit or miss on trying to find stations.
