Beach Condos in Destin provides a starter set of supplies to get you through your first 24 hours: dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and kitchen trash bags. We recommend bringing additional essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, coffee and filters, spices/condiments, laundry detergent, hairdryer, beach towels, beach gear, and any other personal items for the remainder of your stay.

Clean, updated appliances and bathroom. Access to beach across the street was only a few steps away to a private beach with set-up. Worked great for the kids. Very pet friendly. Very nice furniture.

Kitchen was nicely appointed with the exception of the toaster and cutting board which need replaced. Clean towels and linens. The couch, loveseat and pillows were dirty and the cushions so worn down it was uncomfortable to sit on. The curtains had water stains and tears in them. The loveseat on the balcony was torn and dirty and cushions were practically flat. You could feel the springs through the bunk bed mattress and the headboard and ladder were dirty. The toilet seat needs replace it was disgusting and there was urine under the seat. This bldg is very nice. The pool is great and the location awesome. This unit however needs a deep cleaning and some of the furniture replaced.
