About this house rental
Built in 2015 Seasage Cottage is a breezy 2 bedroom, 2 bath home with a modest ocean view. It's a quaint, quiet, clean and clutter free cottage with its own private pool, grill and shaded gazebo, ideal for couples, a small group of friends or a family of 4.
This 1200 square foot home is located in a friendly residential area with neighbours nearby, but not right next door. The newer high end development in Providenciales, South Bank and South Bank Marina are very close by. Grace Bay Beach and the main resort area is a 7 minute drive while the more secluded Long Bay beach is a short 3-5 minute drive.
Both Bedrooms feature King size beds, AC, closets, room darkening blinds and ensuite bathrooms.
The main living area is open concept with AC, a fully equipped kitchen, living room with a Samsung Smart TV and a dining area that seats 4.
Sliding glass doors off the living room exit out to the private pool and patio area where you'll find the outdoor shower, outdoor seating area, four chaise lounges and a shaded gazebo where you can dine al Fresca.
Renting a car is highly recommended so that you can explore the many nearby beaches and tourist attractions.
Beach chairs and a medium sized cooler are provided, as are beach and bath towels.
Seasage Cottage is an ideal spot for you to call home while you explore the wonders of the Turks and Caicos Islands.

We LOVED our stay at Kelly’s place. Everything was EXACTLY as described and pictures were accurate. The space was spotless when we arrived and well appointed. Kitchen had everything we could have needed, beds were large and comfortable, and had all the beach gear we needed. Kelly was very responsive to all questions and provided a wealth of information that helped us explore and make the most of our time! We are already planning our next trip!

The sea sage cottage was amazing. It had everything we needed in the property for cooking and going to the beach. The pool was amazing and warm. Highly recommend this property if you want to get away and just relax.

We were thrilled with our stay at the Seasage Cottage! Kelly was an excellent host and communicated clearly with us ahead of and during our visit. The cottage was just what we were looking for: clean, comfortable, and private! We spent plenty of time outside under the covered patio as well as in the pool. Restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, and great beaches were all just a short drive away. If you are looking for a peaceful place to stay while visiting the islands - look no further! We hope we can come back soon!

My wife and just spent 2 amazing weeks at Seasage! We were looking for beautiful accommodations, peace and quiet, privacy and a beautiful view... and we found it all here!!
Kelly is a wonderful person and owner! She always replies to your question almost immediately, both before and during your stay. You never feel like you're all alone in a new and different place. Thank you Kelly!!
The cottage is well appointed from bedrooms to the kitchen. From soaps to spices, you can see Kelly's attention to detail in an effort to make you feel at home from the minute you arrive, and you do!
Seasage was exactly what we hoped for, and more! We rented a "very small car" and had a blast!! You're an 8 minute drive from shopping, Greace Bay or Long Bay beaches, and pretty much most things you would want to do, or see while you're there. We used our car everyday and our fill up after 2 weeks of driving around was $28.00... That tells you how small our car was, but also tells you how close everything is to Seasage.
We will definitely being returing to Seasage, and hopefully sooner than later!!
