The villa is just a short drive to many other amazing beaches such as Dreamland as well as several 5 star beach clubs such as Finns Beach Club, Karma Kandara, El Kabron to name just a few and a number of world class restaurants. Seminyak and its bustling nightlife is just a 30 minute drive away.
This paradise location lies just in the confines of Graha Pecatu on Hole 17 of the New Kuta Golf Cours. Nearby Dreamland Beach (0.75km), approximately 8km from the airport and 20 minutes from the highly popular Kuta Beach and nightlife.

There are many interesting things for guests to do at the villa or nearby such as golfing, swimming in the 12 x 4 metre private pool, in-villa spa treatments, surf lessons or surfing at many local surf breaks, horse riding on the beach, cycling through the rice paddy fields, boogy boarding in the sea just a few steps from the villa, Treetops Adventure Park, Waterboom Water Park, Elephant Park, etc. The entertainment area has a large flatscreen TV, international satellite channels, DVD player.
