phòng ốc khá cũ, tiện ích đầy đủ, cửa vẫn phải xài chìa khoá nên hơi bất tiện

The location is pretty convenient since it is closed by my family.

Lack of essential items. They should have a check list each time they clean the rooms to make sure missing items are fulfilled before the next guests arrive such as hand soaps... My family had stayed in 3 different rooms during this trip. So I could tell you my experience in bigger scale. Their bathrooms aren't up to tasks. Water flooded the whole bathrooms after showering using shower stalls. Bathtubs are so high up and make it harder to get in and out. And there aren't shower curtains for bathtubs?? Bathrooms lights are so not bright enough to apply makeup. You have to ask for room services. Overall, it is fine but I dont think VND 880,000 per night is not worth it. I could get a better room with that price.
