Juso AFP Apartment Hotel

Excellent location. Very convenient if you’re planning to take Shinkansen. Also close to shops. Namba and Dotombori are roughly 30 minutes on the subway.

There was no socket near the bed, the hand wash was nearly empty when I checked in. I stayed 6 nights and since there is no reception etc it would have been nice to get more towels.

Very well located: the Juso station is near Shin Osaka and Umeda, which are the two main stations you need to visit everything around. The Apartment building is just 100 meters from the station, and you go there through a shopping arcade, full of restaurants, izakayas and there is also 2 convenience stores 50 meters away. The apartment is nice, and the bathroom is especially "high-tech", equiped to dry your clothes in few dozens of minutes. The kitchen is also well equiped.

It would be nice to have a table with one or two chairs, as sitting on the futon and using the coffee table becomes quite uncomfortable after a while. Also, the television is oddly placed right in front of the window, and it’s not practical to watch it from anywhere; it should either be removed or relocated. No cleaning for a week and having to take out your own trash is a bit unusual.

Location! It’s not in busy Osaka area. But it close to train station and it’s convenient to travel to Osaka, Kyoto at low cost.

The apartment was actually just a small studio, which was not made clear in the listing. The photos and description were somewhat misleading, and I expected a larger space based on the information provided. I think it's important for future guests that the listing clearly states it's a studio to avoid confusion or unmet expectations. The toilet was separated to two parts the bath area and the shower area. The apartment lacks essential items required by tourist or tenants such as iron, glasses, small dining table, couple of chars at the balcony.
