About this resort
One bedroom villa style room featuring a separate bedroom with a king bed and a full-sized sleeper sofa in the living room. The kitchenette includes a fridge, dishwasher, microwave and a small stove/oven. There are also several pots, pans, and utensils included to cook up something on your own! The room also has its own washer and dryer located in the bathroom for private and easy access to do your laundry! Resort provides laundry and dish soap and even bathroom soaps if yours were forgotten. This room does not feature a balcony, but there are many tables and fire pit areas with scenic views only steps outside the door! There are many amenities right at the resort to enjoy as well with 2 heated pools, a mini golf course, a zip line, and 4 passes to the Wild Bear Falls Indoor Water Park that will give you unlimited access throughout your entire stay!
There is a market on site as well featuring many quick grabs and also serves Starbucks coffee inside. You can even grab a bite to eat at the recently opened on-site restaurant, Southern Comfort. The Resort is less than 5 minutes from Gatlinburg and the entrance into the National Forest and less than 10 minutes from Pigeon Forge. Come and enjoy all that Westgate has to offer! No tour required for stay.

The staff is welcoming and friendly. Best of all, we truly did have all the "owner" perks. Despite being a large resort, they make each guest feel like they are the priority. Communication of resort information and events was frequent and helpful and responses to questions were quick and courteous. The waterpark was fun and was clean and well-staffed. Be advised, though, this unit is located at the top of the resort, requiring a lengthy drive on winding resort roads to get to your end point. We arrived at night, so it was a tad tricky to navigate in the dark. Since this unit is so far from the main lodge, plan on bringing food and drinks up with you as there are no vending or food options up that way other than ordering a pizza for delivery. This is a great rental to consider if you are visiting Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge.

Great experience, the resort staff was friendly, resorts amenities including the free water park passes, activities, trolleys everything made our stay very convenient and enjoyable. Owner was very prompt with her responses.
