1 - Its location is simply ideal. Has a walking access to everything, you are at the center of everything and you have easy access to anywhere in town.
5 minutes walking distance from the Palais des Festival and 5 from the nearest beach.
At a short distance to Rue d'Antibes: legendary street for its many shops, restaurants and cafes, as well as la Croisette and its beaches, countless restaurants in the area. And at 3 min. the shuttle to Nice Airport from Hotel de Ville.

2 - Its environment: Live in the heart of true Cannes to the rhythm of its locals! Our Studio is located next to the Forville Market, the legendary Provencal market of Cannes where the local producers come to sell their magnificent products, the morning of Tuesday to Sunday. Monday is a flea market during the day. It is an atmosphere like no other in Cannes, a place where Cannois and residents of neighboring communes meet, the time of the market and a break in the many cafes and wine bars.

3 - Its style: In this space all is arranged for your comfort, a corner living room, a corner work, a kitchen corner and a bathroom. Bright, not overlooked, its balcony is perfect to eat up to 4 people.

## Neighborhood

The rue Meynadier is the shopping street, popular and historic Cannes. Pedestrian end to end, there are some of the best gourmet addresses in Cannes. A few meters from the Forville market, alleys of freedom and the Old Port, it attracts a crowd of onlookers every day.
Less than 10 minutes walk from the accommodation:
- Rue d'Antibes known for its many shops
- Rue Hoche for its cafés and restaurants
- The Carré d'Or neighborhood known for its bars, pubs, restaurants and cafes
- La Croisette for its luxury brands, palaces, private beaches, restaurants, kiosks for snacks & souvenirs as well as its artisanal Italian ice cream shops.

## Transit

Train & bus station is only a 10 min walk from the studio.
The shuttle "City Palm" is a free solution to walk in the heart of Cannes (Rue d'Antibes / Croisette).

## Notes

Internet password is written on the back of the internet box located in the living room.
Bed linens and towels are included.


No soap, no laundry detergent, no coffee.
Cleaning is only for the end of your stay. If you want to change linens or have a cleaning during your stay, please contact the agency to get a quote for this extra service.
One set of bed linen is given upon arrival per bed. One towel per person.
