Great location for exploring Lulworth Cove and the surrounding areas. Plenty of space and well equipped kitchen. Good quality bedding and towels. Nice welcome pack on arrival. Parking for 2 cars although 1 is in a large garage. Good Wi-Fi signal.

The whole house needs a really good clean. The sofas are very old and need replacing. The door latches are noisy which is particularly noticeable in the night. The smallest bedroom is only big enough for 1 person. I asked for it to be twins but it was a double so we had to rearrange people. The TV was not working properly when we arrived, was not corrected whilst we were there but I understand this is in hand. The toilet system in the master bedroom is coming away from the wall.

The cottage was well presented and clean. It was one of the best equipped places I’ve stayed in - plenty of cooking utensils, plates, glasses etc. There was a welcome pack on arrival with some tea, coffee, milk and crisps. There were plenty of towels and a washing machine and tumble dryer to use during the stay. The location was excellent - just a few minutes walk to the cove with a corner shop and a couple of pubs. Would definitely stay again.

To be really picky, it looks like one of the showers may have previously leaked so there is a bit of damp/cracking around the skirting boards - nothing overly noticeable but just stood out as the rest of the house was in such good condition. The oven markings have faded so it was a little tricky to get the right parts turned on when cooking. The master suite has the space for a super king bed which would have been an added bonus.
