Kitchen appliances (specifically the cooker hood) is not very clean - there were grease almost dripping from the hood and when I pressed the button to turn on the fan/light, my finger was covered with grease. Pillow in the guestroom was also not very clean

Great little house

It shows that it has a corporate landlord/owner. The house itself has a lot of potential, but the care / attention to detail is not there. High touch areas are clean, but you could easily find built up dirt in plenty places.
