Beautiful Elegant 1800 Three Story Home RIGHT ON SNOW MOBILE AND ATV ACCESS right in the heart of town restaurants and activities a walk away.two public beaches 1 mile in each direction.
this is a new studio that has been added on fully loaded kitchen, , sitting area Murphy bed king size tempurpedic bed.Really nice!!!! has a private garden with bistro set , hammock, gas grill,bench . access to laundry room Great for parents or grandparents in addition to unit 1 or 2
although I have a strict cancellation you do not get cash back but you do not lose your time and can rebook within a year at no additional cost if its the same unit
You may apply whatever cost you paid towards any of my properties listed here
whether its Florida or Maine.
I do allow domestic pets, dogs and cats only . Pet fee is $50. Pet must be on flea and tick preventive meds . They must be washed and brushed . Please pick up any gifts your pets may leave and brush up lose hair before leaving . not allowed on the furniture .

Not only was the weather perfect for a weekend of riding, but the 3 nights spent on Pritham Dr. was perfect too. We fell in love with it as soon as we walked through the door! We found our new home away from home! Already starting to plan our next long weekend get-a-way!!!!

Location, location, location. We really didn’t use any of the resources outside the kitchen area. We had some difficulty finding the correct entrance as there are three different apts within the same building.

This was our first vacation since 2016. We love Maine. The suite was amazing and clean. Everything as described.
