About this apartment rental
This luxurious three bedroom Villa has a perfect location, only a few minutes to Disney and it is situated in a very nice resort property with more amenities and activities than you can ask for. The villa is spacious and can accommodate up to eight people.
The villa features a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, microwave, stove/oven, dishwasher, and amenities like a toaster, coffee maker, and blender. The primary bedroom features a comfortable king size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a jetted tub. The guest bedroom features two double beds and the other guest bedroom has a sleeper sofa. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room. From the living room, there is an outdoor patio with a table and chairs. With a total of five beds, this large villa can accommodate up to eight people. There is a $15.00 daily resort fee (plus tax) which will be collected at check-in.

Additional Deposit Policy - the property requires a $200 credit card authorization upon check in per unit. Cash-free property - will no longer accept cash. Guests may charge purchases to their credit card or charge to their room with an authorized credit card on file. (Excludes Gift Shop, and Concierge)
No-Show Policy- No Show reservation will forfeit payment. Resort reserves the right to cancel the remaining days of a no-show reservation and rent out the unit. Please call the property if your travel is delayed.

The first room we occupied was infested with millipedes. We killed more than six during the first evening, called the front desk and someone from maintenance came and spread the entrance of both rooms. I went to the bathroom during the night and saw another one and the next morning we killed more than 10. We were moved to another room the afternoon of the second day. The second set of rooms was located in another building and they were insect-free. The first night should have been free of charge. Our grandchildren were afraid to walk around in the rooms. This was the first and last visit to this resort.
