Piece of Paradise brings peace home.

This property was great. Can't wait until our next visit. Sheila was a wonderful host. It truly is a "Piece of Paradise."

Great house. Pool was a bit dirty when we checked in but the owners were quick to respond. Wished they had better pool towels, but otherwise the place was fantastic.

The pool and hot tub are amazing and the whole backyard was a great area for the whole family to relax together. The house is large and comfortable for larger groups. We had 8 staying of us but there was room for more to sleep comfortably. We stayed at this house 3 years ago and they had made some improvements to the property to make things better since our last stay which shows they are investing in the property to keep making things better.

We rented this property in large part for the pool/spa and backyard. It was originally rented for a family reunion 10 adults and 4 young children to which COVID end them coming to the US. I then recruited our golf trip guys to use this booking. 8 old guys to golf and enjoy the pool and Spa/hot tub. 1. When we arrived the pool the pool was full of algae. The algae was so thick it was impossible to see the bottom of the shallow end of the pool. 2.We immediately contacted the owner who called the pool cleaning company, who arrived the next day, but they were unable to clean the pool to rid t of the algae during our 7 day stay. 3. The spa/hot tub malfunctioned several times - completely drain itself. 4. The spa was not hot, as the heater turned off at 90f 5.The propane tank ran dry so we didn't even get to 90f one day. 6. We communicated with the owner every day expressing our dis-satisfaction and were constantly told the pool people would return and deal with the issue. The pool guy gave us his phone # and helped us through the Saturday night when we smelt propane in the house. 7. We learned the owner has the ability to control the pool and hot tub remotely and finally the last night she allowed the spa to get to 96f after they refilled the propane tank and i complained about no heat . It was finally clean enough. The swim trunks were still green after. 8. There were many issues in the house which were all small but add up. Lights burn't out, we bought a can opener, no hot water at main sink in Kitchen to mention a few. 9. The bright spot was the commercial ice machine worked fantastic. 10 We would of been happy to pay the surcharge $50 for the pool and spa if they worked . This property was promoted as "Piece of Paradise with Resort like Pool" Not sure where we go from here but. We paid in full, 1 year in advance, will we receive compensation from the owner or VRBO for this misrepresentation. I delayed writing this review as my call to VRBO was supposed to be returned with a email to which I have not seen yet. Kevin
