Located 5 minutes drive from South West Rocks, Coast and Country Cabins are a fantastic holiday experience for anyone wanting to explore the wonders of the Mid North Coast and the beautiful Macleay River. Whether you're wanting an individual fishing experience or a relaxing holiday for the family, Coast and Country Cabins are for you.
Pet friendly for up to 2 dogs, dogs are permitted inside but not on the furniture or an extra cleaning fee will apply. Please be aware that there is no secure fenced area, dogs must be kept under control at all time and that there are farm animals on the property that are not to be bothered.
Cabin 2 is a modern self-contained cabin with unobstructed views of the Macleay River. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. The cabin also has a TV, DVD player and Wi-fi. Other facilities include a well appointed BBQ area, coin operated laundry facilities, private boat ramp and fish cleaning facilities to allow for that hassle free fishing experience!
Linen is supplied in this holiday letting. You will need to provide your own toilet paper, soap and dishwashing liquid etc.

Great view, lovely location and a simple, yet adequate cabin. Really nice that we could have our little dog with us - a bonus for all of us.
One fault and we left a day early because of this - no air conditioning; on a warm, still 32 degree day, it was too hot. Otherwise, we will return but not in the summer.

We arrived late at night in the dark and we struggled to find the right cabin due to the numbers being so small and not indicated properly. Dishes weren’t 100% clean and had to be washed before using.
Positive surprise, linen and towels were provided even tho website says you need to bring your own.
Shower head was broken - we reported it via email, didn’t get a response but when coming home the shower head was fixed. Again, nice surprise but would have appreciated communication around it.

Location and cabins were great I’m not sure why but you’re asked to bring your own towels bed linen toilet paper etc? these cabins are fully equipped with everything you need we really didn’t need to take anything.For anyone wanting to park a boat up onsite don’t bother car Parking only and no parking on grass allowed, we got away with having a boat only because no one else stayed whilst we were there otherwise I’m not sure what we would have done.
Communication was poor I tried upgrading to a bigger cabin before our stay and no one got back to me.
Like a lot of the holiday rentals in Southwest Rocks these cabins are run by a realestate so you have to pick up and drop off the keys at the office which was a bit of a pain.
All in all we did enjoy our stay regardless.
