FLC SEA TOWER - 4 SEASONS Apartment

The tall building offers a good view from above. It takes just 10 minutes or so to walk back from the central beach and Quy Nhon food street (on Ngo Van So street), so it's quite convenient. Near the apartment tower there is an interesting place: a small park where a statue of Vietnam's famous composer Trinh Cong Son has been erected, with the university where he used to study in the early 1960s in the background.

- The smell in the parking place is terrible. - Doors in the corridor are not properly close so after a shower, the entire corridor is covered by water and guests have to be extra careful to waddle back to their rooms as the floor is slippery. - Toiletries are exceptionally poor and of low quality, compared with the rate paid of the apartment. Cheap shampoo and gel for showers are provided along with tooth brush and a razor, all with quality that goes well in a guest house, but not a hotel. - There is no electric socket at the dining table area, which is inconvenient because the table can also be used as a working desk, but guests should prepare cord extension in advance to get power from further sockets.

The apartment itself is amazing. Very clean, great location. Good value, decent size room. The host was friendly, fabulous and cooperated.
