About this villa rental
Lovely spacious 4 bedroom villa
Main bedroom queen bed with ensuite
2nd bedroom queen bed next to bathroom
3rd bedroom double bed below and single on top
4th bedroom futon with single bed on top complete with work desk
Bedlinen, blankets and pillows are included and all beds shall be made up ready for your arrival.
There is a port-a-cot available on request. Please bring your own cot linen/blankets/pillow for your child

Microwave, Dishwasher, Washing machine and Dryer
Huge modern bathroom with very deep luxurious two person spa bath.

Just a short walk will take you to
The Tuncurry rock pool which has a popular public picnic/BBQ area and kiosk.
You can fish off the public jetties or the break wall.
On the other side of the break wall is the surf beach.
There is also a dedicated off leash dog park, an off leash beach and 4 wheel drive beach.
A short walk in the other direction will take you to shops, cafes, cinemas, clubs, lawn bowls,
golf course, tennis courts, a skate park and a boat launching ramp.
Ten minutes drive north to Big Buzz Fun Park.
All linen bedding (sheets, doonas, blankets, pillows and bath towels) supplied just bring yourself and personal possessions. Use of beach towels are welcome but as this is not part of our supplied linen pack you are requested to wash before you leave please.
PLEASE NOTE THAT PARTIES AND SOCIAL FUNCTIONS, INCLUDING BUCK'S NIGHTS AND HEN'S NIGHTS, ARE NOT PERMITTED AT OUR HOUSE.
Note: Every individual occupying accommodation will be personally responsible for all or any loss or damage incurred during your stay.

Should you have seafood, oyster shells etc please take them off the premises when leaving. Garbage night is Wednesday night for Thursday pick up.
A cleaning fee of $100 applies if there is evidence of guests ""smoking"" or leaving odorious smells on the property.

We have stayed at this property previously and again enjoyed out stay. We prefer the TUncurry side to Forster as it is less congested. This property is located on a very wide street with parking also available on the street. My parents parked their caravan on the street as they were heading North afterward.Very close to the shops (walking distance) to restaurants, shops, Woolworths etc.The whole areas is flat so easy walking, great for riding.Fenced beach nearby, sea wall, beach etc. all close by.Property allows pets and has a closed yard.House is fully fitted out with fully loaded pantry in case you are caught short and a request if you use something to replace it.Big fridge with water and ice dispenser. No access to garage so remember to take bike locks.Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves again.
