Demaria apartment is situated on the 2nd and 3rd floor in the 18th century traditional stone house, first row to the waterfront and 20 meters from the sea. Only few steps away is Komuna, stone tower, symbol of Komiza.
The building has been renovated in 2017 to the highest standards conservators, using natural materials.
There are 2 double bedrooms on the second floor with each its own bathroom; and on the 3rd floor, fully equipped kitchen and living room which are connected with terrace with a wonderful view of the bay . Terrace is suitable for dinning and relaxing. Living room is complete with SAT TV . The bedrooms and living room are air-conditioned. There is wireless wi-fi connection in the apartment.

Our stay in Komiza was everything I imagined and Lorena was the perfect host. We were tracing some family connections and Lorena went out of her way to help us out. The property itself is wonderful, just off the Riva with a great patio to sit and watch the world go by. Will definitely be back.

Lorena's apartment in Komiza was fabulous. Its phenomenal balcony (with a dinner table, as well as a couch and chairs) is where we spent our time when we were not in the sea, hiking, kayaking, or at the beach. The location and facilities are perfect -- the tranquil view, the well-appointed two bedrooms and en suite bathrooms, kitchen, washer, and living room made for a vacation that we will long remember. Lorena is sweet, helpful and engaging. Many thanks!

A wonderful holiday in a fantastic accommodation, ranging from the pick up at the bus station to the presentation of the housekeeper and the lady who lives below. Everything brand new perfect for two couples, with two bedrooms as well as bathroom to each sleeping room. Washing machine, dishwasher and a toilet on the upper floor there is a living room and a fantastic terrace is located.We stayed there for ten days can recommend this place. Five-star accommodation where there is nothing to complain about.Komiza recomendants are very charming with many restaurants and good beaches
