La ubicación, la limpieza, la cantidad de menaje ,toallas, trapos, la terraza y la relación atenta del propietario

Por poner algo, las escaleras de subida a los dormitorios son incómodas de subir y bajar y con las ventanas abiertas el ruido de la carretera por la mañana es muy intenso, aunque cerrándolas hay muy buena insonorización.
