Modern 3 Bedroom Wine Country Home Near Yountville

Everything was great for our stay for Mother’s Day weekend. Would definitely stay again. Clean, great location, beautiful grounds.

Good locations. Bikes were a plus.

Such a nice place in a quiet spot. This is a great place if you have a few couples staying as it has 3 master bedrooms and 2 kitchens/living room areas. The location was perfect for us and we really enjoyed the fire pit and sitting outside in the evening. The amenities were great, I don't think there was anything that we couldn't find. looking forward to staying here again in the future

The location of the house was the best we have experienced in numerous trips to Napa. The house itself was also very nice with high end renovations. The yard was very well maintained and was very nice. It was mid 80's while we were in Napa rendering the use of the upstairs bedroom non-usable. The AC did not cool this space off literally at all. That was very disappointing given we paid for a three bedroom. I contacted the owner about the issue and he said the downstairs AC units should balance out the heat upstairs. It didn't. We didn't step foot upstairs after feeling how hot it was upstairs at 11:00pm. Oddly, there were no chest of drawers in the bedrooms and the only shelfs in the closets had extra blankets, sheets, towels etc piled on them so you couldnt lay clothes on them without moving everything. Also, the house backs up to Hwy 29 and road noise was an issue every morning starting around 5:00am. As well, the train tracks are between the back of the house and 29. So when the train did come through at night, the blowing of the horn was quite loud and the house shook a bit. Again, this is a nice house, but be aware of the road and train noise if you are a light sleeper.
