This property is an excellent choice for a Napa trip. The house is centrally located to all the Napa wineries. We were three couples and everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. We were able to stretch out through the house as the home has 2 living rooms and two kitchens. We enjoyed our stay.

Fabulous property in the heart of the Valley. Ideally located on Highway 29 with quick access to all of the wineries and restaurants. We had 3 couples stay here and the house was ideal…everyone had their own bedroom and their own bathroom. Don’t hesitate to stay here, you won’t regret it! Tom was an amazing host! Thank you

Middle of Napa, so it is a good jumping off point to a number of wineries and close to town.

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely VRBO house. The house was very clean, the beds were comfortable and there were plenty of bathrooms and two kitchens. We loved meeting the original owner of the property and walking in the vineyards behind the house. We property was nice and quiet except for a few honks from the wine train. The patio was lovely as well. Great place to stay!!

We had a wonderful time! Six women from all around the country met for a three nights stay and wine tasting. The home provided an easy place for everyone to find their “space”. We would definitely stay there again. Thanks Tom!

Very comfortable and well appointed home. We greatly appreciated the bicycles including two e-bikes that made cycling to various wineries a pleasure. Home was clean and tidy. Well set up for vacation rental.

Property and location are great. Issues with the heat…lack of…yes, cold in Napa and the hot water tank blew mid week…couldn’t be fixed until Monday. Owner was very helpful, 4 days without hot water was a challenge. Would still recommend.

This home was the perfect size in the perfect location for my husband and me along with two other couples during our visit to Napa. Each bedroom was spacious and each couple had their own bathroom, two being “en suite”. We never felt like we needed more space or privacy. There are two sitting areas and two kitchens; however, we only utilized the larger of the two. The smaller would be great for more intimate conversation or even give kids their own space for entertainment. This property backs up to vineyards, and we enjoyed strolling through them, and along the creek as well. There is lots of space for outdoor dining, and we did utilize this once during our stay. There are also manual and electric bikes for use, and they are in excellent condition. We had intended to use them, but never had the time! The best feature of this property is the location. We were centrally located for all of the wineries that we had scheduled tours. It is also close to restaurants, shopping, and grocery. Tom and Shirley have an excellent home information sheet that was sent to us before our trip. And to our delight, we had plenty of paper towels, toilet paper, Kleenex, coffee, spices, etc to utilize - no picking up 100 trash bags to use only one! We will definitely look to rent this home again on our next trip to wine country!

We had another wonderful stay at this great house in Napa! The location is perfect, right off of 29 near Yountville, but you still feel secluded. We walked to the Oakville Grocery each morning. The owner, Tom, was extremely quick to reply anytime we messaged him. It was a little chilly in the mornings and evenings to use the bikes but we would have had it been summer. Also the outdoor sitting area is beautiful and there is now a fire pit there.

This was one of the best location you can ask for. It was extremely well equipped with anything a group could want, plus. Had a great neighbor with English bulldog pups that all girls fell in love with. Just an amazing space.

We stayed for the week of Thanksgiving. The house is in a great location and was perfect for our family of 3 couples and 3 babies.

This property is the perfect little hideaway nestled right off highway 29. 10 min to Yountville or 1 min to St. Helena. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need and the homeowner is quick to respond if you need anything. This is the 2nd time we’ve stayed here and it was great.

The property was lovely with a beautiful outside deck and Beautiful views. The layout of the house was interesting with Double kitchens, but it served our needs quite well. It was Equipped with everything we needed

There were 3 couples and a 12 year old in our group and this was the perfect home for us. We all had our our own bedrooms and bathrooms. Great kitchen with plenty of dishes and pantry supplies. Very comfortable furniture. A big bonus for us was the long table outside under the grand old walnut tree strung with lights. Fun for meals and games. The house is perfectly located for foodies. The only thing I would add of perhaps a negative nature was a train which passes the house a couple times a day, very close by, horn blaring. We acclimated quickly but first time gave us a bit of a startle. We greatly appreciated the use of this lovely home.

We had a great time visiting this place and Tom was a great host. The location is perfect for Visiting the very best of wineries throughout the valley. Only issue was with some very minor cleanliness issues that Tom was more than willing to quickly deal with. We have stayed at quite a few rentals in the valley and this location coupled with amenities and space were hard to beat.

Overall it is a very good property and the location is very centrally located so it was very easy to get to many places.

This house was perfect! Amazingly clean! Perfect location situated near everything, 10 minutes to St. Helena, 10 minutes to Napa and near great restaurants and wineries. Perfect for 3 couples too! Plenty of room to hang out and enjoy ourselves. I would definitely rent this property again.

Tom is the most flexible host ever. His property is located in vineyards and has lots of space
