Não fui surpreendida por nada em relação ao imóvel já que as fotos e a realidade são compatíveis. A minha prioridade sempre foi a localização. Elogios maiores aos funcionários do prédio, sempre muito simpáticos.

Achamos que faltava algumas coisas; filtro de água, por exemplo.
O bojo da pia da cozinha estava solto, e muita fiação, elétrica, antiga e exposta. Mas a localização é boa e o espaço também
