Simple and practical vacation apartment on the 1st floor in Rubite near Granada on the Costa Tropical in Granada, a small village ideal for nature lovers with the perfect combination of mountains, sandy beaches and rocks. Renovated in 2018.
The apartment with a living area of 36 m² can accommodate 2 people with the possibility of one more person. The building is located directly on the sea, on the first line of beaches on the Costa Tropical. This coast is very attractive and of particular beauty for its rocks, cliffs and beaches.
It is also close to some of the main Andalusian capitals and the coastal region of Granada and Almeria.
The city has many historical sites, such as the three fountains of the 12th century that are located around the city. Next to one of them is the Loma del Aljibe viewpoint, from which you can see the entire Alpujarra Mountains and the sea 15 km away.
If you want to disconnect from the hustle and bustle, this place is the ideal place to spend a few days of relaxation and tranquility.

De vakantiewoning was klein max 2 pers, nogal gedateerd
IKEA meubilair, tv 20 jaar oud, balkon 1 m2, geen uitzicht,
keuken minimaal, geen wifi, koelkast en wasmachine prima, airco uitstekend.
Bed aan de kleine kant, slechts 1 groot 2 pers. kussen.
Dorpje met 60 inwoners, zonder faciliteiten. Restaurants
op 2/5 km. Niet geschikt voor mensen die zichzelf niet bezig kunnen houden. Strand op 40 m.
Auo noodzakelijk, omgeving is adembenmend mooi, bergen en ruige natuur. Vreselijk aardige gastvrije mensen
Wij gaan hier weer heen, maar dan naar een iets royalere
accomodatie.
Deze accomodatie staat te koop, dat is misschien de reden
dat niet alles optimaal was.
