It offers self-catering accommodation with sea views. You live directly next to the marina in Schausende, which is part of Club Nautic e. V. is operated. Glücksburg is 5 km away. Swimming and surfing is possible right outside the door, the wide white sandy beach Holnis is easily accessible by bike or on foot.
The apartment was completely renovated in 2019. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, as well as a bathroom with a full bath. Washer and dryer can be used in the laundry room for a fee. A parking space is assigned to the apartment and is available free of charge.
In the apartment WLAN and satellite TV are available.
Swimming in the Baltic Sea is possible right outside the door or on one of the surrounding sandy beaches. For all water sports, from sailing to kite surfing to stand up paddling, the apartment is the ideal starting point. Pony riding and golfing are offered in the vicinity.

Tolle Wohnung mit Rundumblick auf die Flensburger Förde. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Gerne kommen wir wieder!

Die Ferienwohnung ist an sich sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. In dem 5-stöckigem Haus aus den ca. 70/80er Jahre befinden sich ca. 60 Apparments. Von außen nicht gerade ein Schmuckstück, jedoch hat man aus dem Appartment im 5. Stock einen tollen Blick auf die Flensburger Förde. Durch die exponierte Lage des Wohnhauses direkt am Ufer der Förde ist bei starken Wind, der dort recht häufig ist, eine ständige Geräuschkulisse durch die starke Zugluft vorhanden. Zwar wird das Appartment als für 4 Personen geeignet inseriert, aber das 2. Schlafzimmer verfügt nur über ein Queensize-Bett, was nur für kleine Kinder oder ein Paar geeignet ist. Alles in Allem wären wir trotzdem sehr zufrieden gewesen, wenn wir nicht nach unserer Rückkehr vom Vermieter ein Schreiben bekommen hätten, in dem uns unterstellt wurde, dass wir den Staubsauger kaputtgemacht hätten und man uns daher den größten Teil der Kaution nicht zurück geben würde. Leider gab es weder eine gemeinsame Übergabe vor, noch nach unserem Aufenthalt, so dass uns keine Möglichkeit zur Überprüfung des Vorwurfs eingeräumt wurde. So bleibt ein sehr bitterer Nachgeschmack!
