Bright apartment in the pretty coastal town of Altea on the Costa Blanca near the beach.
The apartment consists of 2 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and quiet terrace with great views of the sea, where you can listen to the sound of the sea in the evening with a glass of wine. Due to the fantastic location directly on the sea, the apartment is ideal for families who want to spend a varied beach vacation with their children.
In the apartment complex you will find well-maintained gardens, where our little guests have plenty of space to run around and splash in the children's pool. At the community pool adults also have shady places to relax and there is direct access to the beach 20 meters away.
You also have a garage at your disposal (dimensions H 1,98 m x W 2,18 m).
The apartment is located near restaurants, a supermarket and a pharmacy. Visiting the old town of Altea is a must. In the apartment you will find a huge range of recommendations of the region, including amusement parks.

Die Wohnung war sauber und wir hatten eine tolle Aussicht auf das Meer und den Pool. Gerne wieder.

La propiedad está muy bien. Lo que no nos ha gustado es que cuando reservas en esta página te pone lo que cuesta el alquiler y camuflado debajo en letra pequeñita, pone más detalles, pero pasa desapercibido, cuando ya has metido tu numero de tarjeta y ya has pagado, aparecen los gastos de limpieza (minimo 70 euros mas gastos de consumo de energia) por estar 4 noches, 3 días, lo que incrementa el precio del apartamento un 40%, practicamente no hemos estado en el apartamento y lo hemos dejado impoluto. Me parece un atraco, los gastos totales deben señalarse desde el principio, si te interesa se alquila y sino no. Esa es mi opinión.Lo pondré en conocimiento de quien corresponda.
