About this cottage rental
Situated on the top of the hill on a pine and olive farm, this wonderful little cottage is only 5 minutes on foot from the beautiful beach of Ververonda and has a magnificent sea view to Spetses and south Pelopenesse.
Τhis cottage is an independent house of a biggest house and it is situated on an enclosed plot of 16.000 m2. The 24 sm2 house has one one bedroom with a double bed (and an extra bed if needed), one little bathroom with shower and also provides a kitchenette with a fridge. The terrace offers an incredible view to the sea and to the surrounding area.
The main entrance of the property is less than 100 meters from 3 wonderful beaches with crystal water and big pine trees providing shadow. There is also a seaside canteen that provides refreshments and some hot meals. The place is ideal for one-day excursions to many interest places such as the islands of Spetses, Hydra and Poros, the beautiful city of Nafplio, the unique ancient theatre of Epidavros and many others places. The house is 4 kilometeres away from the centre of Porto Cheli where you can choose among a range of activities and water sports from diving and boating to cycling and day trips to the surrounding islands that will make your stay unforgettable. There is also a summer cinema and plenty of shops, bars, coffee shops and restaurants.

We loved our stay. The cottage is cozy, cute and comfortable. Communication was easy and fast. Walk to the semi private beach was easy. We absolutely recommend staying here! Highly recommend renting a car if traveling to Porto Heli. We are so glad we did.

We had a perfect stay. The house is beautifully presented and clean and in a wonderful position overlooking a superb pebble beach. The owner and family were very friendly and helpful.

Wir waren im Juni 22 für fünf Tage hier. Wir haben in dem Haus eine sehr schöne Zeit verbracht. Das Haus liegt auf einem großem Grundstück in Alleinlage. Zu Fuß kann man den sehr schönen Strand leicht erreichen. Insgesamt ca 400 Meter entfernt. Ebenso die Entsorgungsmöglichkeiten. Die Umgebung mit Porto Heli ist sehr schön. Sehr zu empfehlen.
