Walk to EVERYTHING, Falmouth Harbor, Fireworks, Art Galleries, Flea Markets, Ice Cream Shops, Farmers Market, Island Queen Ferry to Martha’s Vineyard, Fine Dining Restaurants, Live Outdoor Music, Shopping and so much more!
Like the beach? Surf Drive Beach is 1/2 mile away and has plenty of parking. It also includes a Bathhouse with Restrooms and a Lifeguard on duty.
The most amazing location in Falmouth! Central A/C, a full house Generator (great for medical purposes in addition to power outages) beautiful outdoor living space, impeccable interior and every comfort you can possibly imagine.
The house boasts 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The 3rd bedroom can be set up as a TV or Game room, an Office or a Bedroom with a full size bed. Just let us know what setup you prefer and it will be ready for you. The backyard is completely fenced in and very private. It also includes an invigorating outdoor shower.
There is also a super cute “Love Shack” in the back with a smart TV, Wifi, Heat and A/C. It has a futon for an extra guest or a private peaceful haven for those “working” vacationers.

Nestled between downtown Falmouth and Surf Beach, this house not only has the perfect location for swimming, biking and shopping, the inside layout and outside patio are enough to make you happy to just stay home and relax! Wonderful owners who take great care of their property and great care of their guests. A+ vacation location!
