Estaba cerca de la playa, tenía terracita y estaba en una urbanización con piscina
Olía a humedad, sobre todo los cajones donde dejabas la ropa. Tenía un armario enano y estaba lleno de cosas (cojines, colchones, cuna, etc). Mando de la TV sin pilas, luz terraza fundida y en general le faltaba un mantenimiento de fondo al piso. Por último la publicidad era engañosa ponía 1 habitación y era un estudio. Difícil aparcar en la zona en esta época.
