Reservamos el alojamiento un total de 9 noches, en periodos de 3 días porque íbamos a viajar a otros sitios del país entre medias. En nuestra primera estancia, tuvimos un problema con tema de olores y de bichos (cucarachas). Compramos un spray para matarlos y entonces empezaron a salir. Bastante desesperados, escribimos a la dueña del alojamiento por booking, y de un día para otro solucionó todos los problemas, además de ponernos un extractor nuevo, cambiar el grifo de la cocina, la alcachofa de la ducha y un espejo nuevo en el baño. Fumigó todo el apartamento y también nos dejó un spray ambientador. El trato y la atención fueron de 10, tanto de la caretaker Gelyn como de la dueña de la casa. Se preocupó por nuestro bienestar y comodidad en todo momento, y sobre todo después de comunicarle el inconveniente que tuvimos. Si volvemos, no dudaríamos en volver a reservar aquí.

The room was superb—hotel-grade quality. It had everything for complete comfort: pillows, blankets, bath towels, a hygiene kit, TV, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning. The kitchen was fully equipped with drinking water, a fridge, cutlery, pots, a kettle, and much more. The caretaker was a lovely lady.

The worst part was the location. The pinned location in the app was not the actual place. The phone number listed was a U.S. number, not a local one. I found a way to call it, but no one answered. The instructions and local contact number were only provided through the app chat much later—well after the check-in time, not immediately after I booked or paid. I also tried searching for “Cozy Home Estien” on Google Maps, but the name listed there was incorrect as well. If you're not familiar with the area, you’ll likely get lost or end up giving up trying to find it. Another issue was the dusty feeling inside the place. While it’s a well-kept house, it seems unoccupied for some time, which allowed dust to accumulate in some areas. The bathroom itself was clean, but the drainage had a really bad odor, which was quite unpleasant.
