Heater was broken in master bedroom. I emailed as instructed for emergencies, but did not receive a response until late the next morning. The problem was ultimately fixed, but disappointed no response same night.

Multiple jacuzzi’s

Loved the location and size of the space! Exactly the same as listed on the website! We used one of the hot tubs which was lovely. The kitchen was great with basic equipment for cooking (pots, strainers, seasonings, etc) and there were coffee filters too!

Just a small note to the property managers - Many of the light switches did not work (light bulbs seemed to be out in bedrooms, hallway & entryway)

This property had some pros and cons. Pros -- it is large, bigger than the pictures suggest. The beds were comfortable, the view of the lake is beautiful. It's about a 15-20 min walk into town. Next time I'd probably rather stay in town, but it's a trade off to have that lovely lake view.

I was disappointed with how the place was stocked. There was no coffee (just instant), tea, oil or butter. No foil, ziplock bags or tupperware. Hand soap was almost out. There was no laundry detergent. Very small bath towels, no designated spa towels. We couldn't find extra trash bags. There was only a very small container of shampoo and conditioner in each bathroom. We ended up making 2 trips to the store over 3 days for this stuff. Out of 3 hot tubs, only one fully worked (hot with jets). The screen door to the glass sliding door kept falling over. To me, these are the little things that make the difference between a great stay and a "fine" stay.
