PARADISE Apartment RELAX & SEA near Port Aventura

Nice view

have mixed opinions, because the location is not bad, the hostess is very communicative and helpful, but I have some comments about the kitchen in the apartment itself, especially the dishwasher, the floor, but it doesn't bother me. Two rooms without sunlight, because the apartments are on the 1st floor, and the descent to them is from the 8th. It's difficult without a car, but you can call a taxi. These are not disadvantages, but observations

Les chambres à l arrière sont plus petites moins lumineuses moins faciles a aérer La fonctionnalité des sanitaires et douche , dans la grande chambre il y a une très grande cabine de douche mais dans laquelle il y a un wc , et une baignoire en plus dans cette grande chambre. (Dans la même pièce ça fait doublon)Heureusement il y a un wc séparé en dehors des chambres avec une douche , malheureusement la cabine est vraiment étroite. Il nous a manqué une bouilloire.

The house owner Maria was really kind!! And the view at the sea was awesome! And you can jump of the clif in front of the appartments!

Its far from the centre, so the taxis from bolt are not coming there, so we waited a few times for the taxi who wasn't coming. And the number for the taxi wasn't correct. But that was not a big problem, for the rest it was really fun🥰

the best thing with property is the view. you have almost 180 degree sea view in front of the property. you can have your meals in the veranda with the incrediable sea view. There is portable air conditinig in the property.

you can cot understand from the photos that the property is on the ground floor of the building that built between the sea and the sustaining wall that is more than 30 m high. there is no beach just in front of the property unless you are capable to jump into sea from 6 feet high. there is a stair to climb back :) there is a gravel coast near to property 5 min away by walk. The other well known beaches is max 10 min. away by car. there is no any supermarket close to property. the property is really looking good in the photos but when you start to live, you recognize that there is really high humidity. Because of that your washed goods are not get dried quickly. In addition to that, since there is not enough air current, you can easliy smeel the humidty/mold in the back rooms and you can easly see the corrosion at the details of the furnitures. The very attracting view in the photos is the view of the main bedroom. There are two sinks and a shower in it. From photos it is great, but when you live, it is getting non-breathability. The wooden ground in the shower is not get dry quickly and cause high humidity during the day and the night. There is an open kitchen in the property and the washing machine and the refrigerator is located in that narrow open kitchen. The last thing related with the building, you have to be carefull for what the our people from the top floors throw :) One night we did really scared with the beer cans. Last comment, it is not always the same what you see in photos and what you get. Carmen, the landlady was great and very helpfull.
