The location is very clean and confortable l, situated just 2 minutes from the beach. Near, there are a lot of good restaurants and public transportation, if needed.

overall good place , fantastic view over the lake , easy check in / check out , all facilities working proper , good for short stays
very loaded and slow elevator , a bit difficult to find the parking ( paid parking) around location , not able to open the window for fresh air ( was a double room without balcony on the last floor )
