La ubicación y vistas, apartamento moderno, en buenas condiciones, terraza con lavadora.
No tener ascensor y escaleras estrechas. Ser un tercer piso.

L’emplacement et la facilité pour l’arrivée. Les hôtes répondent rapidement.
Trop petit, fauteuil collé à la table, table collée à la vitre du balcon, cuisine hyper petite, pas de sac poubelle, éponge, essuie… nécessaires minimum. Juste un petit radiateur électrique qui n’a pas suffit car il faisait très froid. De petites couvertures non suffisantes pour la saison et la literie très inconfortable. Au 3eme étage sans ascenseur, escaliers étroits. Aucun confort.
