There is room for everyone (20+) in this 8 bedroom, 6.5 Bathroom (Yes 6 Full Baths) and (1) half bath.......... 3 Private Suites with King Beds.........1 Private Suite with Queen Bed..... Queen and Single with 1/2 bath for Grandmom.......... 2 Rooms with Bunk Beds (Ask about our One-of-A-Kind Bunk Bed)...... and the other room is a Bedroom/Den with 50 Inch TV (Custom Made Couch/Futon that sleeps 4. ........There is a Private Elevator..........Enjoy the 70 Inch TV on Extra Large Sectional Couch for many,......2 Dining Tables that can seat almost 20...........Under counter Extra Fridge that holds 40 cans of your favorite beverage or soda(PLUS extra FRIDGE in garage, one of the largest wrap around decks in the Northeast (Partially covered for folks who want to stay out of the sun and large portion is open to the south for RAYS all day long)......SHEETS AND TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED! Only Rent sat to sat in summer. Rentals less than 7 days require a quote from me,Not the daily posted rate

Perfect location in Ocean City, NJ. Park your car when you arrive & walk everywhere, beach, food shopping , Asbury Ave. shopping, boardwalk , dining out, etc. Owner is an excellent communicator with an easy check in & parking for 5 vehicles .

2nd time staying here. Was as nice as last time still. Owner is great to work with and very accommodating. In 20 years of going to OC, this place has been our favorite.

Total family was there. 11 adults and 8 grandchildren, plenty of space with room to spare. Deck was huge with lots of seating for everyone. Owner provided beach tags, chairs, sand toys, carts and more. Bring less than you think you'll need. More beds than needed, kitchen and living area big enough for all of us. TV's in every room but too busy to watch. Parking for 4 cars and they stayed parked! Everything within a block or two. A 5 minute walk to beach with baby coaches & toddlers in tow. Renting again next year.

Great layout for large groups. Tons of bathrooms and space. Host went out of his way to make us feel welcome.
