Located in a quiet Court in the Quay, within walking distance to enjoy Torquay's front beach and fantastic recreational spaces, Torquay lawn bowls, football and soccer ovals. If golf is your thing, then The Sands is walking distance and it is only a short drive to 13th Beach golf course and the RACV golf course and club. Jump in the car and within minutes you can experience some of the best surf beaches (i.e. Bells) in Australia. Located approx.1 kilometre from the new North Torquay shopping centre with its large Woolworths supermarket and bottle shop, cafe, pizza & pasta restaurant, chemist, hairdresser etc.

The 'Nest' has been deliberately equipped to accommodate large families group or holidaying couples. Containing 4 x generous sized bedrooms, 1 x King Bed with deluxe mattress, 2 x Pillow top Queen sized beds, 2 sets of single bunks with deluxe mattress ( total 4 beds ), 2 living areas, 2 bathrooms (inc. bath) and the use of a double lock up garage. The fully enclosed and very secure backyard has a lockable gate in the back fence that provides direct access to parkland and walking / bike tracks on the other side of the fence. Double glazing and split system cooling and ducted heating will ensure you are comfortable all year round.
