Great value for money!

Nice place, closeby tram 12 affords easy access to Geneva city.

There was no shampoo and the soap/shampoo holder fell off the wall, almost on my toes. It is not ok to keep such a dangerous set-up. Repair this, or remove it. As such it was rather dangerous.

Good for a short stay

I would give it three stars. The heating was underfloor and the only way to regulate it was to open the window. Not much natural light as it’s in the basement, but if you’re only there to be mostly out, then that does not matter. Good size wardrobe and microwave, kettle, coffee maker, glasses, mug. The coffee refill in place for the machine was a nice touch. Good idea also that cables with a lightning connector and USB-C plug were already there for charging devices. Iron and ironing board were also available. A brush and washing up liquid would be good to have. The bed was ok, not too soft. The duvet was very warm, potentially polyester filling. The bathroom has a good size, but the adjustment knobs for water and temperature were hard to turn, probably down to limescale.

Quiet, clean, modern and well kept. Felt like having a home in Geneva as this was part of a residence, rather than a busy hotel. Tram stop just literally no more than 50 m away with very regular trams right into the centre. The residence is really quiet and is part of a gated community so it is safe and, not being in the midst of things, peaceful. You can smell the green as you're not in a trafficky part of town. Friendly host and very responsive to messages.

It is a little far so you have to plan for your trip into the centre, especially if you're working near the airport or at Palexpo. If you're happy to do this, then this isn't a problem. For me, it didn't make a huge difference as the time on the tram allowed me to gear up for my day.

The room was nice But we did not receive any guidance as to how we should enter the gate and room We almost booked a different room while waiting..in the end directions were sent via the booking app messages and the owner apologized. so just make sure you receive instructions before you arrive.

Superb

The room was clean, bed was very comfortable with an available comforter. Entry instructions were easy to follow. Nice big shower. Central to downtown and close to the Albi grocery store and restaurants. Please note that to lock the unit door - you have to enter the 6 digit code then press the triangle. If you only press the triangle nothing happens - door does not lock.

Great location and easy to work with owners

The location is very good, just a 3 min walk to the tram that takes you to the center of town. Safe and free parking was important. Easy to work with the owner.

This apartment is in the basement. It is recently remodeled and nice, safe and clean, but you can not see out. The coffee machine did not work and the lighting in the bathroom was very dark.

Perfect for a 6 day stay,... affordable, private, and versatile as far as feeding myself...

Microwave and electric kettle plus a little refrigerator allowed me to make my own beakfasts, which I appreciated. The room was quiet, private and secure, and only a reasonable walk of under 30 mins to the ciry centre. Bakery and grocery stores less than 15 mins away.

It suited me well, and I would stay there again.

Nice location for staying in Geneve.

The room was very spacious and the bathroom was newly decorated. The instruction from the owner was very good before the visit. The train station is right at the door and in 15 minutes you are in the center. There is also free parking if you come with the car.

There was no heating at the room. The weather was not so cold, so I did not need but during winter time it might be a problem. There was no market nearby. A hamburger place is 1 stop ahead. You need to do shopping at the center before you reach the place.

Given the nightmare global pandemic. I was trying to find a place to stay and park a 7m long commercial vehicle. And indeed I could ! You can just see the top of the vans roof. Very accommodating at very short notice - highly recommend!

Clean and well equipped, perfect location

Great location, nice and quiet with easy access to the city, neighbours very friendly, good communication with the owner prior to arrival made it easy to access the property. Very clean and had a kettle and fridge, early morning cuppa essential for us Brits!

Good idea but slightly worrying entry system via mobile phone which meant I had to keep an eye on battery usage during the day

Alex svarade alltid på mina frågor. En välstädat rum med fint badrum. Rummet har kylskåp, mikrovågsugn och vattenkokare/ kaffemaskin!

Ventilationen var väldigt högljutt i badrummet men allt annat var mycket bra!
