About this villa rental
New, the Glacy villas are located on the heights of the town of Trois Ilets, in the Glacy district, hamlet of the golf bay near the Pointe du Bout. All the accommodation offers a magnificent sea view over the bay of Fort de France, every morning at breakfast on a shaded terrace, you can contemplate the sea view, and for your evenings on the terrace enjoy the gleams of the sunsets which will delight aperitifs near your private punch-type pool, which you can find on the Baylodge network, directly. Ideally located for best visiting the flower island, 25 minutes from the airport, 5 minutes from the golf course and as many of the first beaches.
Recent and modern construction (delivery 02/02/2019), the villas / apartments are in the form of 3 independent villas each consisting of 2 F3 type apartments on the ground floor and a second on the r + 1.
You can just as easily occupy several levels or 1 alone depending on the number of people ...
All the accommodation is accessible on the ground floor with a reserved parking space at the entrance to each of the accommodations, there are also other parking spaces available on the site.
All the accommodations offer the same comfort, namely:
- bedrooms: king size beds, (2 bedrooms), air-conditioned, dressing room, safe, blackout blinds;
- bathroom: with Italian shower, washing machine, sink, hair dryer;
- separate wc;
- living room: sofa, tv stand, table, flat screen tv, internet, wifi, designer lighting, secure sliding window; kitchen: white lacquered, equipped, fridge with freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave, vitro hob 2 Rosières fireplaces, (kettle, kf machine, toaster, blender, cutlery for 8 people, various accessories for cooking your dishes traditional or local); or a weber gas barbecue.
Outside, RESOL brand furniture, table and chair, also an outdoor lounge to sip the local ti punch facing the sea or your choice in the private 2m * 3m pool also called punch bin ... equipped with bench.
In addition to accommodation, we reserve a special welcome for you (depending on arrival time), with bottle of rum, refreshment bottles (water and sparkling water), 1st breakfast (brioche bread or equivalent, kf, filter, jam and local juice ), pasta and tomato sauce in case of late arrival, ..
without forgetting the good plans that you will find in our book, putting in contact with car rental companies,.
The GLACY villas have the advantage of being able to receive couples, friends, families, groups, seminars, due to the number of beds, namely 6 accommodation units with 4 beds.
You can find yourself for the good times and you preserve moments of calm within your accommodation ... at the rate of 4 beds per accommodation, (2 bedrooms with king size beds).

Nous avons une belle vue panoramique depuis la terrasse, magnifique ! Il y a tout le confort dans la maison.

Bjr, location très agréable dans un quartier très calme. Nous avons pu apprécier tous les soirs le coucher de soleil de notre terrasse couverte. Le logement est propre, bien conçu. De plus, à la réception des clefs, nous avons eu droit à un topo des choses à faire digne d’un guide touristique. Génial ! Une seule envie : repartir.

Un séjour réussi de A à Z, qui commence par un accueil chaleureux, Caroline s’est adaptée à notre arrivée tardive (21h30) pour le check in, et nous avions à disposition de quoi faire notre premier repas et petit déjeuner ainsi que du rhum, boissons ect. Le logement est parfaitement équipé, moderne et propre,nous avons manqué de rien ! (Literie très confortable). Il dispose d’une grande terrasse avec piscine bénéficiant d’une vue imprenable sur la baie de Fort-De-France, tout ça dans un quartier calme ! Accès rapide aux commodités et à la plage.
Regis a mis en place un livret d’accueil, référençant les lieux incontournables: les plages, sorties culturelles, restaurants, loisirs ect.. très pratique ! Malheureusement l’heure est venue du Check-out, qui s´est passé à merveille, tout ça grâce à la gentillesse et bienveillance de Régis ! Vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés, c’est garanti que vous passerez un séjour inoubliable ! Mille mercis !
