About this house rental
Wonderful house of 400 meters located in a small town in the municipality of Gradéfes (León). It has 6 rooms, 4 bathrooms (three of them in the bedrooms) and a bathroom. Hydromassage bathtub. Three rooms have a dressing room and the rest are closets. Kitchen furnished and equipped with everything you need, large ceramic hob with hot plates, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, coffee maker, juicer, blender, fryer, very large utensils and etc.
It has a green area with a construction where there is a grill and a wood oven, also have a table and chairs. It has three areas to eat next to the kitchen, another in the living room and another in the cellar-living room- dinning room.
The light that enters the house is extraordinary and 045that all the rooms are exterior and in the center of the house there is a large roof lamp on the roof.
The environment is ideal for hiking or walking as it has a lot of mountains and valleys. 3 km. there is trout fishing river.

Ha sido una estancia genial, hemos descansado mucho y disfrutado de la tranquilidad de la zona y las instalaciones de la casa, en especial la piscina y el jardin.

En general la casa estaba limpia y completa. Sin embargo el jardín no está acondicionado para los meses de verano, no hay una mesa donde puedas comer al aire libre(exceptuando una muy muy pequeña), la barbacoa no suele tener leña, guantes ni utensilios para recoger la ceniza, la piscina estaba bastante sucia en el fondo y caen muchos bichos que no había con qué recoger. En la despedida nos indicaron que hay una lona para taparla pero ya fue tarde, aunque la piscina ya estaba sucia en el momento de la llegada.
