About this apartment rental

In the heart of the typical Savoyard resort of Belle Plagne, at 2050m altitude, you will enjoy this apartment, located in residence BERYL, very functional equipped for 5 people, which was completely renovated in 2013 in a very Savoyard spirit.

Its south west exposure will guarantee you an exceptional view of the mountain and a very pleasant lunimosity. Access to restaurants, shops and ski slopes is a 2-minute walk away. The covered / outdoor parking is very close to the apartment, which facilitates the unloading / loading of luggage. The departure of ESF schools is at the foot of the chalet-building.

The apartment consists of a living area with 1 sleeping 2 people, a convivial dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a bedroom chalet style sleeps 3. Apartment with a balcony and plenty of storage space.

The ski locker is located on the 7th floor of the residence. This floor gives you direct access to one of the main streets of the resort and the slopes.

You will be seduced by this charming apartment all in wood, with direct access to the slopes and amenities.

Terms:
- The reception, key collection and departure will be provided by our agent and local contact, concierge service provider,
- 50% deposit on booking,
- Payment of the balance 60 days before the beginning of the rental,
- Means of payment = either by CB via the homelidays website or by bank transfer to the lessor's account indicated in the rental agreement or by check,
- Option cleaning 50 euros to pay on arrival to our local contact,
- Deposit of 1 000 euros, check payable to the landlord to give on arrival (the check will not be cashed and returned at the end of the stay if everything went well).
- Rent seven days from Saturday to Saturday (arrival from 15:00 and departure before 10:00). Flexibility possible.

This apartment is in a great location right in the village of Belle Plagne and next to the slopes. Anne Valerie, the apartment manager, was extremely helpful throughout. Communication was excellent including recommendations for eating out etc. It was very clean and the layout suited our needs very well. We are a family of 3 with a teenager.Recommendations include Carlina Hotel for lovely evening drinks in front of a warm fire. La Bergerie for an after lunch party on the slopes and Deep Spa for a 2 hour slot of great relaxation. The bars in Belle Plagne are very friendly. We struggled with the service at Le Matafan but maybe that was just us...

This apartment is warm, well laid out with plenty of storage for clothes. There were four of us and we had plenty of room. My Husband and I slept in the living room on the sofa bed which has a very comfortable topper. Our 2 boys aged 22 and 15 slept in the small bedroom with bunk beds. There is a further bed in this room but beware that it is smaller than a normal bed and neither of my boys could have slept on it comfortably. The kitchen is very well equipped and even includes a great coffee maker. The only thing you need to remember is tea towels, hand towels and soap. The apartment has a ski locker and is 2 mins walk from the piste. There are plenty of plates, cutlery etc so eating in is no problem and there is even a dishwasher. There is a Spar shop just outside the apartment block, along with several cafes. A real home from home, we loved it.
