Fernanda was very warm and welcoming and told us all we needed to know about appliances in the apartment which was very comfortable, clean and well maintained. It was extremely helpful to have laundry facilities. We enjoyed our stay.
As older people we found the bathroom a bit challenging and the stairs to the apartment quite steep but I'm sure this wouldn't be a problem for younger people.

The flat is very clean and very close to the town centre, wonderful location.

The place is located in a typical neighborhood in Setubal city center, walking distance to the main avenue and services. Enough for 4 people to sleep comfortably, with all the amenities (kitchenware, tv, fast wifi) and a great value for money. D. Fernanda and her husband are the typical Portuguese sympathy impersonated, and you can count on clear and quick communication, as well as a personal touch.
Not much. Unfortunately we stayed over the colder Winter months, and even though the apartment was warmer than the average in Portugal during this time of the year, the humidity in the bathroom after taking a shower was a lot, even with windows open.
