About this villa rental
The villa Chaboté on one level has three bedrooms, two of them equipped with 140x190 beds and the third with a 160x200 bed. All three have storage as well as air conditioning and each has its own bathroom.
The equipped kitchen overlooks the swimming pool and the terrace equipped with a garden furniture ideal for aperitifs.
A barbecue is available for grilling in the enclosed garden.
Villa Chaboté allows indoor parking for one vehicle.
It is located in the peaceful Pont Café district of Sainte-Luce, is particularly well located: a few meters from a small supermarket, the guardhouse beach and the coastal path.
Villa Chaboté is close to the traditional fishing village, with its shops, restaurants and nightlife as well as the national road which serves the beaches of the south of the island.
Conditions:
We ask for a deposit check of 1000 euros (not cashed) and will be given to you on your departure.
We ask for a deposit check of 120 euros for the household which we do not cash and will be given to you on your departure.

Maison très bien située proche plage et commerces à pieds,idéal pour 3 couples ou grande famille ,protégée de la rue(non passante)petite piscine mais suffisante.Pour visiter l ile c est idéal car st luce est proche de la nationale qui traverse l ile.Je recommande cette maison .

Excellent séjour dans cette location où nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement par Sally que nous remercions cordialement. Superbes plages à proximité.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette villa.
Emplacement idéal près de la plage et de Sainte Luce.
Quartier très calme , avec un petit supermarché à coté.
Il manque juste des ustensiles de cuisine ( couteaux de cuisine , éplucheur de légumes ).
Une tringle et des porte-manteau dans les placards des chambres.
Les 3 chambres équipé chacune d'une salle de bain , le top !!
La piscine super mais l'eau était froide en cette fin Janvier 2022 la faute au nuit fraiche et une météo capricieuse.
Excellent accueil , une bouteille de rhum et du jus de fruit nous attendait a notre arrivé dans le frigo .
