POETIKA apartments

The Apartment was in a great location in the centre of town and cafe staff were very helpful on arrival and with breakfast on the days i stayed.

We stayed in the Pablo room. It was cozy, neat, and really clean. Location is great, right in the centre of the town. Breakfast (on the one day when it was available) was really good.

One night of our 4 night stay, very loud noise was heard from the restaurant until late night (2:30 AM). Despite our requests (in person, and text), they were not able to fix the issue – they didn't stop the noise, didn't even make it quieter, and weren't even willing to give us a discount or refund for the night, only a belated apology. We were not made aware there would be noise at night, we only got a vague message saying "breakfast will be available on 27.12. due to a private event". Very disappointing attitude.

Key collection for late check in was straight forward, was well explained and any additional questions were answered.

When showering water was pooling outside of the bathroom. Music/noise from restaurant downstairs from morning.

Location in the city centre. Delicious breakfast in restaurant.

We were put in the old building. Bathroom was outdated. Fan was very noisy in the bathroom. Air conditioning was a bit temperamental. We have stayed in Poetika before and the apartment we were given was modern and very comfortable .
