This spectacular oceanfront property, situated on Quahog Bay, offers a truly unique level of privacy, water access and ocean-edge views. The perfect setting for a multigenerational family gathering or reunion. Across the 700+ frontage feet and 10 wooded acres there are 3 walk-in coves, a private point on the ocean's edge, a deep water pier and wharf with ladder, a mooring, a boathouse with 8 kayaks, 2 paddle boards, a canoe, a Phantom 2-person sailboat, a dinghy and life-vests for all sizes, 2 hammocks overlooking the ocean, an ocean-side firepit with 8 Adirondack chairs, and an outdoor shower. The well maintained lawns and gardens add to the beauty of the property.

The home consists of two complete houses, connected by a laundry/storage/utility area. The houses have a total of six bedrooms, three-and-a-half beautiful bathrooms, and two fully equipped kitchens with islands, plus an 8+ person dining table for each kitchen, two full living rooms with expansive windows with magnificent views, three spectacular outdoor decks.
House amenities include three smart TVs; DVD, wireless Eero hi-speed Internet access throughout, cable TV, three Sonos Play One speakers, three heat pumps supplying ample air conditioning throughout the home, gas fireplace, two Weber gas grills, two outdoor propane burners for all those "lobsters", an 8-foot picnic table, an automatic "whole house" generator (just in case a thunderstorm knocks out the power), parking for six vehicles, and games galore - outdoor (cornhole, croquet, bocce, lawn darts) and indoor (board games, cards, backgammon, puzzles).
Whether your interest is water sports, boating, fishing, hailing the lobster boats, outdoor games or just relaxing ocean-side with a good book, this property offers something for everyone. Imagine your dream vacation ...

This property has it all - spectacular views, amazing amenities (kayaks, canoe, so many extras), comfortable beds, great towels and so much more! Our large family group of 12 (ages 8-75) all loved this home. With three decks (all with lots of chairs), two kitchens, six bedrooms, we had all the room we needed. We love to cook and the kitchens are so well equipped, especially if you love seafood. This was our second stay at this home and it’s worth every penny. It’s the perfect Maine vacation!

What a lovely property! This place was perfect for our family reunion. We can see why it is so heavily booked. The setting is gorgeous, there was plenty for everyone to do. We got lobsters off the boat, saw lots of marine wildlife, and generally had a great time. Superb!

A beautiful, clean and comfy property with spaces and activities for all of us. The Harpswell location is gorgeous and the cottage was well equipped .

Our family has wanted to visit Maine since our children were young and we all got here when they have children too. So 3 generations- 11 in our party - had a ball! The property was awesome - plenty of room for everyone and lots of common area space for us to be together. We took advantage of the Kayaks and the fire pit often on our trip. The property was very well appointed - I brought extra towels, kitchen utensils and plenty of cleaning supplies based on prior Vrbo experiences and didn’t need them at all - everything was very nice and usable for big meals and seafood feasts. We traveled the almost 3 hours to Acadia National Park and also went on a whale watching tour out of Kennebunkport - all wonderful as the property was fairly centrally located. Local sightseeing included Orr’s Island and Bailey’s Island - light activity but a great place to walk, hike and search for shells and sea glass at low tide. Really enjoyed the stay and the property made the difference. Our host was very helpful and was very responsive. Enjoyed the stay so much - would highly recommend!
