The fully equipped kitchen invites you to cook together, while the adjacent dining area and comfortable living room create the perfect setting for sociable hours. With a living area of approx. 1,851 square feet, you will find everything you need for a relaxing vacation.
The expansive terrace is a true oasis of relaxation. Here, you can enjoy delicious outdoor meals at the dining table for eight, unwind in the cozy seating area, or soak up the Florida sun on comfortable loungers – always with a view of the wide canal. A grill is available for unforgettable barbecue evenings, and the heated pool promises refreshing moments at any time of the year.
For your convenience, amenities include high-speed internet and flat-screen TVs. Explore the surroundings with our beach equipment, bicycles, or glide silently across the water with the kayaks.
Boat enthusiasts will be thrilled with the large dock and the practical boat lift. From here, you have direct access to the endless expanse of the Gulf of Mexico. Located nearby are Tarpon Point and Cape Harbour, two first-class full-service marinas that invite you to linger with exquisite restaurants and charming shops.
Please note that the rental rate does not include electricity usage. This will be charged separately based on consumption at $0.17 per kWh. This charge is subject to applicable Florida taxes, and for payments made by credit card, a credit card processing fee of 3.6% will apply.

The sunsets you are breathtaking! Check-in was simple. The property manager is absolutely the best! She responded within minutes when we had an issue with the AC. It was later in the evening on Sat & she still responded immediately. She came over to the property & had an AC technician there within 30 minutes & he fixed the problem. She definitely went above & beyond to make things good for us. The property is very well maintained & one of the cleanest vacation homes we've ever stayed in. The neighborhood is beautiful. We would absolutely stay here again. And when we do, we hope Isabel is still the property manager!

Villa Savoy was a great find!The sunsets you are graced with are breathtaking!Check-in was so simple. The property manager is absolutely the best! She responded within minutes when we had an issue with the AC. It was later in the evening on Sat & she still responded immediately. She came over to the property & had an AC technician there within 30 minutes & he fixed the problem. Even after addressing & fixing the AC issue, she still compensated us by not charging the required energy cost. She definitely went above & beyond to make things good for us.The property is very well maintained & one of the cleanest vacation homes we've ever stayed in. The neighborhood is beautiful. We would absolutely stay here again. And when we do, we hope Isabel is still the property manager!

Beds were comfortable. Bath linens were new and nice. Living room furniture was fine. Stay elsewhere the pool is in I’ll repair-large crack, missing tiles, moss growing around hot tub. Pool heater is antiquated at best. It took multiple calls and visits from pool ‘repair’ techs to get it to work. 2.5 weeks into a 3 week trip it barely worked. There is no incentive to improve as you pay the electricity. Air conditioning freezes up if turn too low. No problem run the fans. Again no incentive to fix as you’re paying the electricity. Three of four lounge chairs completely unusable (1was even moved off lanai so they were aware). Finally replaced, partially, with only a few days left of the trip.
It’s clear the home is owned and run by a corporate entity. Kitchen was lacking basic- drinking glasses, plastic cups for pool deck, etc...
Still awaiting follow up re compensation for non working heater. 6 weeks- I won’t hold my breath.
