Walking distance to Emerald beach, and the aquarium. I even walked to the Genki village in 30 minutes.
Balcony facing the sea.
BBQ facilities, although the supermarkets are far away so we didn't use the BBQ facility.
Bathroom is nice.
It's very hard to communicate with the person in the breakfast room from 7am to 9:30 am. Even we used a translation app, he refused to communicate. He kept asking us to contact the front desk, but front desk staff were only available from 10am to 6pm.
Not many restaurants nearby. Supermarkets are far away, so we didn't buy any food for BBQ.
The mattress is very very soft.

Very good location, within walking distance to Churaumi aquarium, and yet it’s in a quiet neighbourhood. The roof top view is fantastic.
Amenities are proper, pretty much everything you need is supplied.

Spacious room, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was convenient and very good. Room was large, nice balcony with a distant sea view

Booked this accommodation as it is close to the ocean expo.
It’s a basic room with a microwave, and a toilets
View is decent with sunsets
Its not a working kitchen
