Beautiful brand new, modern split level Beach house right behind the dunes at the quiet end of estate 1, just a short stroll over the dunes to Beach No.1 (Venus Bay’s only patrolled surf beach) and walking distance to shops, take-aways and pub. No need to drive.

The house is absolutely fantastic! Super clean, comfortable and despite the hot weather, we didnt need the aircon or fans because there was this great sea breeze all the time.

We love Venus Bay, and were really pleased to be able to find a property that would enable us to wander into the main street for morning coffees, across the dunes to the spectacular beach, or late afternoon drinks and dinner.
The house is spotlessly clean and seems to have been recently fitted out with modern appliances, bedding and so on. Layout is fantastic, and the large deck with a BBQ and view across towards Walkerville got a lot of use.
Daniella was quick to respond to all queries, so overall we're very happy with our holiday! Thanks!

The house is very clean & has all appliances needed. Dryer is very helpful as kids go to the beach every day.
