About this house rental
This property is located in Malden, just fifteen minutes from Downtown Boston. The House is Simply beautiful, clean, and comfortable for friends and families. There is everything to feel at home: The house can accommodate 6 people. There are three bedrooms with a king and 2 queen size beds . There's 2 full bathrooms and a half bath on the first floor. The kitchen is amazing with brand new top of the line appliances for all your cooking needs. We also have a washer and dryer for you convenience while staying at our property. Other amenities include free Wi-Fi and cable television. The property is professionally cleaned and we provide the necessity to help prevent the spread of virus. No party’s are allowed at the property, based on the CDC guidelines we do not allow more than 6 people at the property.

Absolutely perfect stay at this beautiful, well-maintained home! Everything was super clean and they had anything we possibly needed. They thought everything! Owners very receptive to emails and responded quickly. Highly recommend this lovely home!

The location was very noisy, a lot of traffic near the area and a lot of people out late at night, roaming up and down the street. The one bedroom was very hot as the sun comes up and shines in that room. No ceiling fan in that room.

Communication with Edna was easy and quick.
The house was well stocked with everything needed and then some. Very clean and nicely decorated. My granddaughter enjoyed the board games. The best was the book with listed grocery, liquor stores, etc with addresses and the material containing things to do in surrounded areas!

The house it’s great but was missing a few things in the kitchen: not enough coffee, mitten, the pots need to be replaced, there is a nail on the 7th step that needs attention (right away!) I cooked pasta and there was not the proper colander the drain it, the basics for cooking such salt and pepper could be added too.I called for help with the heater and with into minutes the wonderful owner came and explained how to make it work!Overall it is a fantastic house to stay near Boston - if I come back I would definitely stay here again!I highly recommend it!The Azevedo family
