This beautifully furnished and spacious home is located in a peaceful area in the Regal Palms Resort. This home affords you and your loved ones the opportunity of enjoying the facilities in the home as well as those in the entire resort to enhance your relaxation, fun and amusement. You are sure to have a wonderful stay!
Our lovely Disney area Town Home located on Regal Palms Resort. This great Florida villa offers easy access to the Disney parks which are a quick, traffic free and straight forward drive away in around 15 minutes to the nearest Disney Park.
This home offers the living area with comfortable seating, Smart Flat Screen TV (to stream all your favorites); dining area, (with table and chairs seating 6); fully fitted kitchen (with kitchen stove/oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, Keurig, microwave, toaster and cookware); breakfast nook; washroom (with washer & dryer on the main ground level floor.
On the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms & 2 baths. The Master Bedroom (with en-suite facilities with Roman tub) has a King Bed and Flat Screen TV. Bedrooms 2 & 3 each have a set of twin beds respectively. Each room is beautifully decorated and equipped with Smart Flat screen TV.
FREE Hi-speed Wi-Fi throughout the home for guests to use.

Regal Palms is a private Gated resort which can only be entered via the use of electronic key cards, all facilities on Regal Palms are solely for resident guests use only.

The restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and those in between snacks! Alternatively, you can take a dip in the bubbly hot tub. Dive in Movie nights are held once a week. There is also a children's play area, Gym, gift shop & volleyball court. Within a 5-minute walk from the Complex you will find the Highland Reserve Golf Club. When you register on arrival at Regal Palms, guests will be issued a band for entrance into the Pool area.
A Publix supermarket, bank and pharmacy are within walking distance from the resort. A Wal-Mart Superstore is located less than 5 miles away from the resort.
Additionally, a multitude of restaurants including, Applebee's, I-Hop, Burger King, McDonald's, Taco Bell, Denny's, Cracker Barrel, Italian and Japanese restaurants are all a very short drive away.
All this on your doorstep - yet just an hour's drive away to visit the beautiful Florida Coast.

We stayed for 6 weeks. The townhome was nice and fit our needs, especially for a long stay. It was clean, comfortable and we had one minor issue that Daniel addressed immediately. The resorts fitness center, pools and hot tubs were used by us extensively and enjoyable. We recommend this spot to anyone and would stay again if we travel back to the Orlando area. Great experience!

We had a good trip. Check in was easy and explained well. The condo was clean, and had space for everyone. The amenities that are included in the resort are well taken care of and also very clean, however the condo is pretty far away, so we drove each time we went to the pool. We didn't have any issues navigating the area. I wasn't thrilled with the amount of privacy. There were no curtain on any window... Only blinds, which don't offer complete privacy. We also bring a door alarm to any rentals because I never know who may have a code to access the rental, however the exterior door only opens outward and we could not use our door alarm. The kitchen was well stocked with blender, pots, pans, ice maker, toaster, Keurig and electric kettle, however there were no cookie/baking sheets. There were plenty of towels, and extra blankets in each bedroom. The condo was hot at times, even though it was cooler outside. There are signs explaining the hot weather in Florida, but the temperature was wonderful and it should have been a little cooler inside. Overall it was a nice stay.

We loved the pool, the restaurant and bar. The Mickey Mouse Room was perfect for our kids.
While the unit was clean and beautifully decorated, the lowest temp permitted in the AC was 72 and there were NO fans in two of the bedrooms making it less than ideal for sleeping.
Also, we had to go out and buy washcloths. There were NONE on site which was very odd to us.
Overall, we would absolutely come back!
