About this house rental
We use OZONE to clean our linens and an Ozone air purifier for safety against viruses!
Our place is close to restaurants and dining yet in a quiet - very safe - neighborhood just off Hwy 395 North & Hwy 2. You’ll love our clean, peaceful and more than wonderful room - a comfortable stay! Good for couples, solo adventurers, & business travelers - with your own PRIVATE bathroom, your own refrigerator, microwave, Keurig, hot pot and of course all the linens you need! We'll leave the light on for you!
Spacious master bedroom, private bathroom and shower, quiet neighborhood. Comfortable king-size bed - room darkening drapes - night stand - lamp-desk-closet - we try to clean with GREEN , non-toxic cleaners! Includes refrigerator in your room and your own room air conditioner. Friendly - yet give you 'your space' - owners! We use the August door lock system to make it simple, either use your smartphone to open the door or the keypad with your own code to come and go on your schedule. We also have a dual USB charging station for your use!
Guest access:
After you have requested use - our kitchen, iron, and back deck (weather permitting), laundry is available while we are available to show you the 'ropes.' (Because of the health and environmental dangers of soaps and detergents we use Ozone to clean everything) You'll love it!

We are a friendly, warm family setting - yet we give you 'your space!' Quiet and peace-filled
Neighborhood overview:
Quiet - well taken care of - safe, many law enforcement living in our neighborhood. Feels like a country setting due to all the pine trees - deer in backyard very often - excellent and safe walking area.
Getting around:
No public transportation available - for an extra $30 we could take you to and from the airport (30 minute drive) There is a Park and Ride 2 miles from our home - we could meet you or take you there if bus transportation is an option for you.
Other things to note
Fred Meyer, Cinema, gas 2 miles - 5 minutes -
South of our subdivision Starbucks, Subway, JimmyJohns, McDonald's, Carl's Jr., Pizza Hut, Little Caesar's plus a whole lot more within 2 miles of our home.
Wandermere Golf Course is 1 mile 5 min. South of our subdivision
Our home is just 2 minutes off Hwy 395 North and also 5 minutes from Hwy 2 - so navigation is quite easy to wherever you would like to go or come from. We are 12 miles from I-90 and 20 minutes from Downtown.

We arrived late and could not get in, we text and called an no answer. After trying we finally left after 30+ minutes to find a hotel with most booked up and expensive. We had let them know we were arriving late and they said the code would work anytime we needed to come and go.
They reached out the next day to let us stay for free. We had already paid more for 1 nt at hotel then we would have paid for our whole stay with them, so we took them up on the free night. I waited a bit to write this because I don't ever want to give bad feedback, but they over encourage you to only give 5 stars. This was not a 5 star stay. The mattress is smaller than the frame and very thin & old, with a mat over the top. Every time one of us moved it moved the whole bed. The shower was not clean at all (I took pics). We also did not have hot water, it was warm at most, but consistent, so it was most likely set low. We needed a hot shower after a stay in that bed and all the manual work we were doing while in Spokane. These are things that could not have been adjusted by letting them know while we were there.
They have a list of things the VRBO money is going towards. I suggest a new mattress should be at the top of that list, it is not on the list at all. Cleanliness and a comfortable bed are the most important things when picking where we want to stay. Accurate ratings is also extremely important.
The room itself seemed clean and the new carpet was nice.
