Brand New Luxury Duplex Apartment with private swimming pool, large pool terrace, garden terrace, centrally located short walk to all amenities and the old town, in a quite area with private parking.
No car or taxi required for this location.
Entrance leads to spacious airy open plan living area, kitchen and opens out to the spacious pool terrace.
Kitchen with a breakfast bar has all modern appliances you need, including a large fridge freezer, dish washer, oven, cooker and microwave kitchen is completed with black granite work surfaces.
Lower Ground Floor:
Lower ground floor has 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are en-suite. Both rooms open out to the garden terrace and lounge area.
Master bedroom en-suite contains king size bed, fitted wardrobe, a comfortable chair and make up table. It leads directly to lower terrace garden area furnished with circular stone seating area, mini fridge and bean bags.
Second guest bedroom en-suite is a twin and has access to lower terrace as well.
There is a separate WC for guests on this floor.
The pool is serviced every morning by the pool attendant who will also provide you with a fresh bread delivery upon request.

Our first visit to Kalkan and our choice of the Sea-Esta Su Apartment did not disappoint.
Welcomed and given the guided tour by Derman we found that the property certainly delivered the wow factor. More than adequately furnished to a very high standard in a clean modern style, we needed for nothing.
Loved the outdoor dining area and pool which was serviced on a daily basis. With an abundance of sun loungers and seating facilities you could sunbathe from early morning through to early evening if that’s your thing.
An excellent location for all amenities and easy access to Kalkan old town. For anyone considering a trip to Kalkan we highly recommend this property without any hesitation.
