This private walled oasis is surrounded by beautiful gardens, maintained weekly and the best view of Indian Head mountain. Including gorgeous sunsets over the Santa Rosas that mimic Edgar Payne paintings.
This contemporary Southwestern-style home, designed by architect Mark Falcone, is decorated with tastefully chosen decor and art that echoes its spectacular desert location. The open-plan living area with high ceilings, walls of windows and skylights brings the light, peace and beauty of the desert all around, as you relax on the comfortable furnishings.
The open dining area's glass-top table has seating for six, or enjoy a casual meal for two at the kitchen island. The fully equipped kitchen has plenty of counter space for your culinary creations. Dine al fresco on food from the grill, on comfortable couch seating as the sun sets or walk across the street to the historic Palms Hotel for dining and cocktails. The contemporary pool is cleaned weekly and multiple patios include comfortable chaise lounges and umbrellas.
Walk on to the patio from the master bedroom, or watch TV on a cal king bed with quality linens. This room has beautiful light & views as does the en-suite bathroom with two-sink vanity, walk-in shower, and separate tub. Enjoy the sitting area in the second bedroom near a window for reading or relax on the queen-size bed. The adjacent bathroom has a step-in shower.
Conveniently located just a 2-minute drive from downtown Borrego Springs, where you can grab groceries, dine, shop, or join a tour to learn more about the desert flora and fauna. Villla is move in ready. Has everyting you would want or need for a longer stay. It's clean, peaceful, visualy stunning. Privacy fence gives feeling of seclusion, heated pool enhances your senses, and one feels peace and quiet of best days to come. Truly enjoyed our stay. Host was responsive, communication prompt. This is a lovely and tastefully-decorated villa on the edge of the Anza Borrega desert park, well-furnished and equipped, very quiet setting. The dry, cool air and strong sun make a stimulating ambience, and the views are stunning. The owners are very helpful.
